1. Membership & Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to join Southern Utah Naturist Society.
• Membership approval is at the discretion of the club's leadership.
• All members must complete the application process and agree to follow club rules and policies.
• Southern Utah Naturist Society reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke membership for violations of these Terms or conduct that is harmful to the club or its members.

2. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

• Respect the privacy and boundaries of all members.
• Follow naturist principles of non-sexual social nudity.
• Refrain from any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
• Obtain consent before taking or sharing photographs or video of others.
• Follow all event-specific rules and guidelines.
• Treat all club property, host venues, and natural environments with respect.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Members must respect the confidentiality of other members' identities and participation in Southern Utah Naturist Society events.
• Sharing another member's personal information without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Southern Utah Naturist Society will not share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law (see Privacy Policy).

4. Event Participation

• Participation in any Southern Utah Naturist Society event is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Members must follow all venue rules and any instructions from event organizers.
• Alcohol consumption (if allowed) must be done responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances are not permitted at any club event.
• Members who violate event rules may be asked to leave without refund and may have their membership revoked.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in Southern Utah Naturist Society activities:

• You acknowledge that naturist and other recreational activities may involve certain risks.
• You agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
• You release and hold harmless Southern Utah Naturist Society, its officers, volunteers, and event hosts from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during participation in club events or activities.

6. Fees & Payments

• Membership dues, event fees, and other payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Members are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date.
• Failure to pay dues or fees may result in suspension of membership privileges until the account is brought current.

7. Media & Communications

• Club communications may be sent via email, SMS, or other digital platforms.
• Members can update their communication preferences through the member portal.
• Announcements shared within the club should not be reposted publicly without permission.

8. Suspension or Termination

• Southern Utah Naturist Society may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms or other club policies.
• Members may resign at any time by notifying club leadership in writing.
• Suspended or terminated members may be prohibited from attending future events.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify members via email or our member portal and update the Effective Date listed above.
